Accepted Answer

1. Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10% of course content has been accessed.
2. No refunds after 7 days or if more than 10% of content has been accessed.
3. Lifetime access to course materials once purchased.

Question 2

1-on-1 Classes

Accepted Answer

1. 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
2. 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the class.
3. No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class.
4. Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance.

Question 3

Group Classes

Accepted Answer

1. Full refund available up to 7 days before the course start date.
2. 50% refund available between 7 days and 48 hours before the course start date.
3. No refunds within 48 hours of the course start date or after the course has begun.
4. Course transfers to a later date may be possible, subject to availability.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Email our support team at themandarinstory@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your full name, course details, and reason for the refund.
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Administrative Fees

Accepted Answer

1. A $15 administrative fee applies to all refunds for self-paced courses.
2. No administrative fees for 1-on-1 or group class refunds if canceled within the full refund period.
3. Late cancellations or refunds outside the full refund period incur a $25 administrative fee.

Technical Issues

Accepted Answer

1. If you experience persistent technical issues that significantly impact your learning experience, please contact our support team immediately.
2. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve the problem within 3 business days, you'll be eligible for a full refund, regardless of how much content you've accessed.

Question 7

Course Dissatisfaction

Accepted Answer

1. If you're unsatisfied with a course, contact us within the first 14 days of purchase or before completing 25% of the course (whichever comes first).
2. Provide specific feedback on why the course didn't meet your expectations.
3. We may offer additional support, course transfer, or a partial refund based on the circumstances.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Accepted Answer

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In cases of:

1. Serious illness or injury
2. Bereavement
3. Unforeseen life events (job loss, relocation, etc.)

Contact our support team with relevant documentation. We'll review these cases individually and may offer extended refund periods, course transfers, or credit for future classes.

2. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
3. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
