1. A $15 administrative fee applies to all refunds for self-paced courses.

2. No administrative fees for 1-on-1 or group class refunds if canceled within the full refund period.

3. Late cancellations or refunds outside the full refund period incur a $25 administrative fee.

2. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve the problem within 3 business days, you'll be eligible for a full refund, regardless of how much content you've accessed.

2. Provide specific feedback on why the course didn't meet your expectations.

3. We may offer additional support, course transfer, or a partial refund based on the circumstances.

3. Unforeseen life events (job loss, relocation, etc.)
